Power of 1 Wellness operates as an education-based at-home supportive program centralized around personalized and customized wellness plans for each client. We act through eliminating or minimizing negative thoughts and patterns, win-or-lose mentality, all-or-none mentality and focus on “what I can’t have or have to give up.” Instead, as a company and as individuals, we embrace encouraging or accentuating positive thoughts and patterns, persistence, doing what is possible with what we have for today and focusing on “what I choose to moderate, improve and work on for better quality of life.” Each program is formulated with input from the client and progresses in a step-wise conservative fashion, facilitated with primary safety objectives.

In our view there can be a dissociative gap between the instructions and/or desire of what to do to achieve wellness and standing on the other side of actually have attained better wellness. At Power of 1 Wellness we focus our support in bridging the practical applications of wellness in a systematic and consistent fashion. By engaging in our program, each client will gain a partnership that will ensure feedback, education, accountability, long-term habit formation, behavior modifications and lifestyle changes on each individual’s journey towards better.

To incorporate lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime, we look to the future while working towards your path to better in the present. A key factor in each individual program is the development of supportive networks to uphold practical applications in nutrition, fitness and mindset. As your partner, we act as a resource to establish solid support systems that will continue after the Power of 1 Wellness association is complete.
To optimize outcomes we partner with you to act as your intermediaries at home between your medical appointments and detail any physical conditions that need to be included in your plan development. Given client preference and consent, we will liaise with any medical provider to establish a baseline of care and safe trajectory for improving physical wellness. We provide periodic updates in progress throughout the program and can coordinate with your healthcare professionals to reinforce recommended medical directives within lifestyle choices and assist you in improving consistency and sustaining best practice habits.
