Client post PT, surgery, procedure, injury or therapy desiring to continue at-home strengthening, balance, coordination and stamina building

Regimen focus to include improvements in basic functional strength, core & posterior chain strength and overall flexibility, with prioritization of balancing anatomically opposing muscles and  gains in right- and left-sided symmetry

Client desiring change in mindset, habits &/or lifestyle to counteract consistent feelings of being limited, tired of being tired & just getting by while life passes you by

lient desiring to experience a directed coaching program customized to effect change from the inside out, transform and improve quality of life

Client competent with ADLs & IADLs

Client managing chronic diseases, cancer recovery/remission &/or debilitation post acute injury/illness desiring to actively practice arresting/improving/reversing symptomatology &/or conditions

Client desiring to experience a directed coaching program customized to effect change from the inside out, transform and improve quality of life

Progress Tracking:  Initial plan of care & progress notes with optional medical coordination, monthly goal sheets, monthly “Glow” sheets, Point of Care assessments for “VitaCheks” pertinent to symptoms and conditions and improvements in recovery, strength, range of motion, balance

M
edical Coordination:
Optional liason with health care provider to identify points of weakness, contraindications, trajectory starting point/escalation and integration of suggested dietary and fitness best practices
